Full price purchase returns policy – You have 7 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession for longer than 7 days, it is considered to be used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT OR A EXCHANGE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Postage for exchanges are to be covered by the cost of the customer.
All items are to be returned in the original packaging (swing tag must be intact) items must be unwashed and you MUST PROVIDE us with a tracking number, specific reasons for the return of the item and your invoice number.
We will not issue store credit until all items have been returned in the stated above condition and once items have been inspected and approved for store credit coupon code will then be provided.
Sale items can NOT be refunded or exchanged.
Baby Mama provides tracking on all items sent, if your item has not been received within 2-5 days contact must be made within those 2-5 days. Once item is shipped Baby Mama holds no responsibility for lost items as it is the customers responsibility to select insurance upon check out and it is up to the customer to lodge a dispute with Australia Post.
